Adobe Customer Service

I don’t know about you, but my experience of the customer service at Adobe has not been good…

I have had cases remain unanswered for weeks, (yes weeks!) mis-information (suggestions to reinstall my operating system when the Adobe Updater refused to play with Bootcamp) and unresolved issues (pasting text and keeping formatting) to name some of my own concerns.

Adobe have now issued an open letter of apology to it’s customers for the deteriorating service. The letter can be read here at MacWorld.
